In order better serve your needs, here is the list of documentation I need to determine what financing options might be available to you. In order to expedite the processing and approval of your home loan, I will need the following;
- Last 3 pay stubs.
- 2010 w-2’s and Tax Returns, a complete set including all schedules and statements.
- 2009 w-2’s and Tax Returns, a complete set including all schedules and statements.
- Last 2 months bank statements for checking and savings, all pages. (even if the last page is blank or an advertisement, if it is a numbered page, I need it)
- Most recent 401k or Investment account, all pages. (even if the last page is blank or an advertisement, if it is a numbered page, I need it).
- Most recent Mortgage Coupon or Statement for any Mortgages.
- Rental Agreements for any Rental Properties.
- Insurance Declarations page for any Real Estate owned.
- Legible copy of photo ID.
