In order better serve your needs, here is the list of documentation I need to determine what financing options might be available to you. In order to expedite the processing and approval of your home loan, I will need the following;

  1. Last 3 pay stubs.
  2. 2010 w-2’s and Tax Returns, a complete set including all schedules and statements.
  3. 2009 w-2’s and Tax Returns, a complete set including all schedules and statements.
  4. Last 2 months bank statements for checking and savings, all pages. (even if the last page is blank or an advertisement, if it is a numbered page, I need it)
  5. Most recent 401k or Investment account, all pages. (even if the last page is blank or an advertisement, if it is a numbered page, I need it).
  6. Most recent Mortgage Coupon or Statement for any Mortgages.
  7. Rental Agreements for any Rental Properties.
  8. Insurance Declarations page for any Real Estate owned.
  9. Legible copy of photo ID.

I know this seems like a lot of paperwork but the banks are being quite stubborn about wanting complete files. I look forward to meeting with you and reviewing all the options. Please call me if you have any questions.
